Most of us have learned to manage our bodies rather than inhabit them. I've spent twenty years learning the difference — first out of necessity, then out of love for the practice.

What I offer is not a program. It is a return — to your own deep inner rhythms, knowing, and natural vitality.

The Character

Ting — to listen

聽 is the Chinese character for listening — not as a passive act, but as a whole-self activity. The character is composed of many elements: the ears, the eyes, the heart, and undivided attention.

To truly listen is to be fully present — an act of respect and care. It is the spirit that underlies everything offered here.

This isn't exercise — it's medicine. Part movement class, part healing session, part meditation — each session is a healing treatment you learn to give to yourself.

Each class weaves together somatic meditation, self-massage, stretching, breathwork, and qigong forms — finishing in deep restorative stillness. A practice that leaves you feeling grounded yet energised.
